Write for Us

Want to write for us? StackHyre accepts useful, original guest posts about proxies, web scraping, data collection, privacy, SEO tools and AI or SaaS tools for data work.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

StackHyre is an independent review site about proxies and web scraping. Our readers are developers, data teams, SEO pros, marketers and small businesses who need to collect public web data the right way. If you know this space and can teach something real, we’d like to hear from you.

Why Write for StackHyre?

  • A focused audience. Readers come here to choose proxy providers, scraping APIs and data tools.
  • A credited byline. Your name, a short bio and a link to your site or profile.
  • Topical fit. Your post sits next to guides on proxy providers, proxy types and proxies for web scraping.
  • Careful editing. Every post gets a human edit before it goes live.

Topics We Accept

  • Proxies: residential, ISP, mobile, datacenter, rotating and SOCKS5 proxies, setup and troubleshooting
  • Web scraping: tools, frameworks, scraping APIs, headless browsers, handling blocks and CAPTCHAs
  • Data collection and data pipelines: cleaning, storage, scheduling and quality checks
  • Privacy and online security: VPNs vs proxies, browser fingerprinting, antidetect browsers
  • SEO tools and data: rank tracking, SERP data, local SEO checks
  • AI and SaaS tools that use or produce web data, such as AI agents that browse or extract data
  • Ethics and law of scraping: robots.txt, terms of service, personal data rules

Quality Rules

Every guest post must meet all of these:

  • Original and unpublished. Never posted anywhere else, and not posted elsewhere after it goes live here.
  • 1,500 words or more of useful content with clear headings, short paragraphs and real examples.
  • Sourced. Prices, stats and claims link to the source, such as a provider’s pricing page, docs or a reputable study. Don’t make up numbers.
  • No AI spam. You may use AI tools to help you draft, but the post must be checked, edited and owned by a person who knows the topic. Unedited AI text gets rejected.
  • Honest about experience. Don’t claim tests, results or clients you can’t back up.
  • Helpful first. Teach something. A thin sales pitch won’t pass.
  • Legal and ethical. Content must not explain how to break a website’s terms, get around security, commit fraud or collect personal data unlawfully.

What We Reject

  • Posts already published elsewhere, or spun versions of other articles
  • Unedited AI content or posts with made up facts
  • Press releases and pure product ads
  • Off topic posts that don’t fit the topics above
  • Gambling, adult, pharma, loans, crypto schemes, essay mills, hacking or link scheme content
  • Guides on scraping personal data, beating logins or security, or abusing a platform’s rules
  • Links to sites with malware, spam or misleading content

How the Process Works

  1. Pitch first. Email mail@stackhyre.com with the subject “Guest Post Pitch”. Send ideas, not a full draft.
  2. Get approval. If a topic fits, we reply with a go ahead and any notes.
  3. Write and send. Send your draft as a Google Doc with editing access, plus a short bio.
  4. Edit. We edit for accuracy, clarity and our style. We may ask you for sources or changes.
  5. Publish. We schedule the post and send you the live link.
We read every pitch. Because StackHyre is a small site, we only reply to pitches that fit these guidelines. If you don’t hear back, the topic wasn’t a fit this time.
